Our website serves three fundamental purposes:

  • Providing general information regarding the activities of PSI Polska Sp. z o.o., Towarowa 37, 61-896 Poznań, Poland ("PSI Polska") as well as PSI Software AG, Dircksensstrasse 42-44, Berlin, Germany ("PSI Group"),
  • Providing information regarding products and reference customers of PSI Polska and the PSI Group as well as allowing contact with persons expressing such explicit wish,
  • Providing information regarding the current job postings at PSI Polska as well as allowing contact with persons expressing such explicit wish,
  • Online sales of PSI Group's products.


1.1. Our website - general information


1.1.1. Tracking of network traffic
Unless stated otherwise in the following sections, no personal data will be collected, processed or used while using this website.

By preserving your anonymity some information will be transferred while accessing this website, such as:

  • part of the IP-address
  • browsertype/browserversion
  • operating system
  • referrer URL (last website accessed)
  • time of server request.
  • We are not able to relate this data to a certain person. That information will not be combined with other sources of data. After a statistical analysis the data will be deleted and solely used to improve the appeal, contents and functionality of the website.


1.1.2. Google AdWords
For purpose of promoting our services, our website employs the Google ad tool "Google-Adwords" to advertise on third party websites (including Google). As part of this, our website employs the Google analysis service "Conversion-Tracking".

These advertisements are displayed in the context of a search query on websites, which are part of the Google Display Network. You can control how Google advertises to you by using the Google Ad Settings page.

If you access our website by way of an advertisement, a cookie is placed on your computer. The cookie installed by clicking on the advertisement remains valid for about 30 days. For more detailed information please see Google´s notes on the site stats and the privacy policy.

By means of this technology, Google and we as customers are informed that a user has clicked on advertisements placed by Google and was redirected to our website. Google exclusively uses the information to assess statistics of our website and optimize it. However we don`t receive any kind of information that can be used to personally identify users. These statistics provided by Google inform us of the total number of users who have clicked on our advertisements and possibly which pages of our website containing a conversion tag were accessed by each user. You can prevent the installation of the cookie by making according changes to your browser settings. In this case your visit will not be entered into the statistics.

1.1.3. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. 1.1.4. Cookies
We also use cookies to optimize our website. Cookies are files that are stored on the hard disk of your computer to assist navigation through our website. They avoid having to enter required data each time you visit the site. 1.1.5. Facebook Pixel
This website uses the "Facebook Pixel" service provided by Facebook Inc ("Facebook"). This service uses "cookies", i.e. text files located on your computer, to track the behaviour of users after redirecting them to the PSI Polska website by clicking on an ad on Facebook. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. Data collected in this way is anonymous for us, i.e. we do not see personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why, based on our knowledge of the situation, we inform you about this fact. Facebook can combine this information with your Facebook account and use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You may allow Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and off Facebook using your account settings.

As in the case of Google Analytics and cookies created by PSI Polska, you can disable the functionality of the Facebook pixel using your browser settings. 1.1.6. Mouseflow
This website uses Mouseflow: a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features/functionality. Mouseflow may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), referrer, anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar meta data. Mouseflow does not collect any information on pages where it is not installed, nor does it track or collect information outside your web browser. 1.1.7. Hotjar
This website uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

1.2. Information regarding products & customers of PSI Polska and the PSI Group
The website of PSI Polska gives you the possibility to contact us in order to receive marketing information regarding our products and customers. Provision of your consent is not obligatory and subject to an explicit approval. In addition to that, PSI Polska as the Data Administrator gives you the following informational statements:

  • providing your data is not obligatory but necessary in order to receive a response from us;
  • you are fully entitled to access, correct, delete, limit the processing and transfer your data as well as revoke your consent to the processing of your data;
  • PSI Polska may transfer the data to other legal entities for the purpose of distribution of marketing material to the address you have given;
  • the data may be inserted into a CRM system of the PSI Group intended to maintain all business contacts of the Group;
  • the data you have provided will be processed according to Art. 6, Point 1 a) of the GDPR as well as all other GDPR's general statements;

  • your data will be processed for 10 years at the longest;
  • you have the right to raise a complaint addressed to the Polish State Data Protection Officer in case of a suspicion that the processing of your data does not comply to the rules of the GDPR.

 

1.3. Recruitment
The website of PSI Polska gives you the possibility to contact us in order to respond to a job posting published on it. Provision of your consent is not obligatory and subject to an explicit approval. In addition to that, PSI Polska as the Data Administrator gives you the following informational statements:

  • providing your data is not obligatory but necessary in order to process your application;
  • you are fully entitled to access, correct, delete, limit the processing and transfer your data as well as revoke your consent to the processing of your data;

1.4. Online sales of PSI Group's products
The website of PSI Polska provides you with the opportunity to order our products and services through a dedicated form. PSI Polska Sp. z o. o. as a Personal Data Administrator further informs you that:

  • providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to place an order and conclude a contract;
  • you have the right to access your data and correct them, delete them, limit processing, the right to data portability;
  • the data will be placed in an IT system of PSI Group used to store data of the contracting parties;
  • the data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b, c and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

  • your personal data will be processed for the duration of the services rendered and thereafter until the expiration of the time limits for the assertion of claims or until the expiration of the period of limitation of tax liability;

2. General terms & conditions

 

2.1. Information security
All information systems managed by the PSI Group are subject to general rules laid out by an Information Security Management System compliant with ISO27001:2013. The rules include but are not limited to:

  • procedures for permission assignment and revocation;
  • creation & maintenance of backup copies;
  • software update procedures;
  • incident management;
  • network infrastructure security;
  • cyclic verification of information security.

 

2.2. Data transfer to third parties
No personal data is transferred to third parties except where this is necessary according to the law. Given that external companies will process your personal data, we take all necessary legal, technical and organisational measures to make sure that these companies comply with the provisions of Data Protection Law.

2.3. Right to access your data
If requested, we shall inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable law, whether we have stored personal data referring to you and what this data involves. As stipulated by law, you also have the right to correct, block and delete this personal data.
