Due to the rapid growth of the company, ROLF decided to implement the PSIasm software. The extended scope of delivery includes the system modules APS for the planning of orders and work processes as well as MES and SCADA for the continuous and automated monitoring of production efficiency. This is to ensure faster reactions to sudden changes in production planning, tighter control of production processes and analyses of employee performance based on OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) reports.
The applied Quick Start model supports the fast and effective optimization of production processes. The model is based on AGILE implementation methods and includes a special implementation package.
After the implementation of the system, users gain access to additional service packages which support system improvements and broader adaptation to the challenges of the customer's ongoing business operations.
