With PSIeDMS start, transport companies can quickly digitalize their operational processes, such as vehicle parking, supply and dispatching, and visualize them in one system. The modular structure of the system enables successive extension according to future requirements up to a fully automated solution. Different drive types are taken into account, regardless of the size of the vehicle fleet, as well as complex process changes due to e-vehicles.
A standard interface for load and charge management is already included. Through a further standard interface, timetable data is transferred from the upstream systems and forms the basis for vehicle scheduling.
The system, which is based on the requirements of public transport and numerous customer implementations, does not require an extensive specification phase. It can be implemented in just a few steps and is ready for operation after eight to twelve weeks. The rollout to further depots, charging stations and vehicles is possible without any problems.
Transport companies benefit from a short and cost-effective system rollout, improved process efficiency, and higher vehicle availability.
The PSI Group develops its own software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities (energy grids, energy trading, public transport) and industry (metals production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). The industry-specific products, which are built from standard components, are sold both directly and via the multi-cloud PSI App Store and can also be customized by customers and partners themselves. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs more than 2,200 people worldwide.
